LUXBAUM WINDOWS + DOORS ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF ITS FIVE YEAR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO WINDOW AND DOOR SALES IN THE MID ATLANTIC AND SOUTHEAST

     Luxbaum Windows + Doors announced today that it will be expanding its standard five year annual maintenance service to window and door installations in the Mid Atlantic and Southeast markets.  The service will now come standard with all window and door sales of at least 50 units in those markets. 

     Laszlo Wagner, Luxbaum’s President, commented, “Given our increasing focus on developing markets outside of Florida, it made sense to offer the same annual maintenance service that we’ve been offering in Florida for years.  Provided the project has at least 50 units, we will service those units on an annual basis.  The service includes washing all the units, inspecting and replacing the gaskets if needed, lubrication and as needed adjustment of all hardware and the application of Holzbalsam, which removes oxidization and increases the finish life.  These services will be performed annually for five years from the date of installation at no additional cost to the customer.  Our customers routinely call us after a service visit to rave about their “new” windows and doors.  We take enormous pride in our maintenance program and are excited to extend this service to new markets.”
